Its important to set goals so you can move on with your life not just to be stuck with your boring life to spice things up a bit. To have ideas what to do how to succeeded and to have ideas of what you want to do. I think its good to have motivation. A goal list can be a bucket list for example if you want to sky dive that's a goal and after you've done it cross it out or put achieved or victory or any thing you want. it feels good to cross out a goal you have accomplished. Trust me try it you will feel relived maybe that can be a life changing moment. It also feels good to try new things IF YOU FAIL ITS OKAY TRY AGAIN INTILL YOU HAVE ACHIVED IT AND IF NOT ITS OKAY TRY SOMTHING ELSE.
